Bio: Ron is a 1972 graduate of Luther College and is the founder of Petersen & Associates. He has over 30 years in the insurance industry and is a current member of the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). In Addition, Ron has attained the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and LUTCF (Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow) designations. His wife Marty and he reside in Muskego.

Bio: Eric helps companies lower their overall cost of risk and increase their bottom line, through a comprehensive approach. He became Wisconsin's first Certified Work Comp Counselor (CWCC), obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations. He is the founder of the agency’s exclusive ArboRisk and Complete Work Comp Programs. Eric is a 2003 graduate of UW-Stevens Point, where he met his wife. They live in New Berlin with their two sons, Parker and Cole.

Bio: Marc is a graduate of UW - La Crosse with a degree in Finance, specializing in Risk & Insurance. He obtained his Certified Insurance Counselors designation (CIC) in 2006. Marc has worked in the agency since 1999.  He currently resides in Brookfield and enjoys playing baseball and rugby.

Bio: Tom graduated High School in 1959 as class president. He then went on to Spencerian Business College and the U.S. Army National Guard. He got licensed to sell insurance in 1964 and spent 38 years with Allstate Insurance Company. Tom also spent 7 years on the board of directors for the Milwaukee Philatelic Society and is a past president of the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce. He is married to Susie and a lifetime Milwaukee resident.

Bio: Chirs graduated in 1990 Magna Cum Laude from Franciscan University.  He also holds a Master's Degree from the Institute of Pastoral Theology.  Over the last four years Chris has developed a base of over 1,300 clients as a Subject Matter Expert in Medicare Health Plans.  Chris and his wife Beverly live in Pewaukee with their four (and soon to be five!) daughters.
